William Chase Elegant Crisp

Description

Unlike most other gins, where a neutral grain spirit is re-distilled, Williams Chase Elegant Gin is created by first pressing cider apples, feremnting them in to cider, then distilling into Naked Chase Apple Vodka.

This spirit is then distilled ith eleven wild botanicals, including:

juniper, angelica, orange and lemon peel, hops and elderflower.

A small carter-head still called ”Ginny” is used.

Water taken from an aquifer beneath their orchards is then used.

This is a fruit, sharp, gin, with true provenance.

This is lovely with tonic and an apple garnish.

Equally lovely in a clean Martini.
