Description
The elaboration: Juniper, Aromatic herbs and spices are macerated for weeks into five times distilled grain alcohol and subsequently distilled in XIX century copper stills. Final formulation finished with purified water. The taste: Juniper dominant notes, sweet and mild taste, long aftertaste with herbal notes. The Ageing ability: A fact the ageing improves the organoleptic characteristics of 1831 Gin (age of their foundation). How to serve: 1831 Gin is best enjoyed on its own in a balloon type cup with some ice cubes. Alternatively, it makes a great blend with tonic water or other cocktail ingredients. Also available as a tempting real blue gin.
