Description
A Spanish gin, which is distilled at the Modesto Soler Distillery. A distillery with generations of heritage, since 1875.
5th Air is used as the base, but what makes this gin, stand out, is its’ pale blue hue, thus its’ name and its’ fresh and distinctly floral notes.
These are delivered with the inclusion of rose and violet petals.
If you enjoy a full floral flavour, this gin works well with Fentimans Rose Lemonade.
Equally, if you wish to play this down, it is very refreshing with Franklins Tonic.
