Description
The Copper House distillery, sits within the Adnams brewery in Southwold. It’s the most energy-efficient distillery in the UK and also generates water and steam for the brewery, forming an integral part of our overall sustainable production system. The distillery was built and opened in 2010
Adnams Copper House Dry Gin is made using the ‘London Dry Gin’ method, where the botanicals are added directly to the spirit in the copper pot still. The resultant spirit is then brought to bottling strength to achieve the fullest flavour.
Made with six carefully chosen botanicals, Adnams Copper House Dry Gin is elegant and approachable. On their travels, they experienced Hibiscus Flower in tea and instantly fell in love with the bitter, floral fruit flavours of the petals. Added into the gin, they believe the Hibiscus Flower is what adds the great dimension to this beautiful gin.
It was also voted ‘the World’s Best Gin’ at the International Wine & Spirits Competition 2013.
Our perfect serve is with Schweppes Tonic and an orange garnish.
