Caspyn Midsummer Gin

Description

1The gin has a natural green tinge attributed to the volume of cucumber used during distillation. The scent of cucumber resonates from the bottle.

Midsummer Gin is actually the second addition to the Caspyn gin range after their Cornish Dry Gin. The two are very similar, with the original Cornish Dry recipe infused with Summer flora, sourced locally. Distilled to an ABV of 40%.

We recommend garnishing with a slice a cucumber and a sprig of mint. Whilst pairing with Double Dutch Tonic.
