Clover Gin

Description

Clover Gin, a gin created by three sisters. Like the leaves on a clover, they are similar but definitely not the same. It is an exquisite gin, like the morning dew but delicate just like the clover.

The three Ickroth sisters took inspiration from a childhood spent in Kalmthoutse Heide where they were surrounded by endless greenery and heathland. They all then flew the nest in 2015 and made the decision to embark on a new journey together, a journey to create this exquisite gin. The journey to create this took them an eight month long search for ingredients which they thought created the perfect taste.

When making this gin, the sisters knew that coriander, cardamom and juniper, are quite often used to make a strong base for a gin. The rest of the process however, was an interesting adventure for them, hence the long search for each of the additional botanicals used. One of the biggest surprises for them was the fresh perfume and soft taste that adding the combination of both pear and lavender to their gin ended up having.

All this being said, the true uniqueness to this gin came from adding the presence of a Clover.
