Eden Mill’s aim was to create a classic, clean and refreshing gin and that is what they did when making Eden Mill Original Seabuckthorn Gin. They added locally sourced botanicals such as Seabuckthorn berries to a classic recipe that included juniper berries, angelica root, coriander seeds and lemon balm.
