Description
This Australian Christmas gin is created using distilled Christmas Puddings, which are the distiller’s mother’s recipe, and then infused with some extra botanicals which include cinnamon, coriander, angelica and star anise. Once Four Pillars have created this base Christmas Pudding gin they then blend it with their regular gin which has been aged in a Scotch Whiskey Barrel, which used to previously hold Rutherglen Muscat for 80 years, a touch of Rutherglen Classic Muscat and a touch of the distillery’s own Muscat which has been aged in Pedro Ximenez Sherry Casks!
The artwork on the bottle is the work of Darren Song.
