Description
A gin that is certainly presented, to stand out on any bar!
So why gold? For that we need to step back in time, just a little….
At the start of the 20th century, in the Alsace region, of France, an excavation, unearthed, a number of valuables, including a gold still.
An amateur distiller, fell in love with it, and bought it, at auction.
He had spent years trying to perfect the perfect spirit.
Using this still, and botanicals such as, almonds, tangerine, and vanilla, he produced, what he viewed to be ”liquid gold.”
Thus the name, and to our knowledge, this is still the only gin to be produced in a gold still, to the recipe perfected over 100 years ago.
To really pull through the tangerine, notes, we’d suggest a premium tonic and a generous orange garnish.
