This Gin is named after St Mary’s Church, a 16th century chapel, in the city centre of Manchester which is locally known as ‘The Hidden Gem’.
The Church is where the grandparents of Joe, the creator of this amazing gin, met almost 100 years ago, it was a chance encounter which changed their lives. The letters G, E & M are also happen to be the intials of Joe and his wife’s children.
This gin is created in in a copper pot still which is named Meg in small batches. Each batch is blended, bottled and labelled by hand in Salford, Greater Manchester.
This artisan spirit is created with botanicals which are sourced from both near and far. When in season, the Rosemary and Apples come from as close as their own garden along with lots of Milk Thistle.
A fresh tasting and smooth gin which has citrus notes and a complex finish. Enjoy this gin with a slice of cucumber and a premium tonic.
