Manly Spirits Co. was established in 2015 and is based near Manly Beach, Australia. Our owners, Mark and Elaine, lived near here, and this would certainly be one of their go to gins. This Australian dry gin is made with fabulous sustainably foraged Australian botanicals such as sea lettuce, finger lime and mountain pepper berry, alongside some more traditional gin botanicals. Serve with ice and a slice of fresh orange.
