Husband and wife, Adam and Beverley Woodyatt, wanted to make gin so they found a 15th century recipe and after plenty of tweaking came up with NEAT Gin.
Based on a 15th century recipe NEAT Gin is a versatile London Dry Gin that contains eight botanicals carefully balanced to work in harmony with each other giving a nose that is both floral and woody. A smooth and creamy mouthfeel gives notes of citrus and spice with a lengthy finish.
NEAT GIN is so versatile that the perfect NEAT G&T is too. It works extremely garnished with cassia bark and dehydrated blood orange, and also pairs superbly with the following tonics.
