Opihr takes the G&J Greenalls, based in Warrington, offer, towards a much more exotic and original new gin.
It’s flavour, and presentation, are based on the ancient spice routes.
Alongside more traditional London Dry botanicals, cubeb berries from Indonesia, Indian Black Pepper and Moroccan Coriander are used.
For their recommended perfect serve, Opihr suggest a premium tonic with a ginger garnish.
We also enjoy it with chilli flakes, for a stronger spice rush.
