Poetic License Picnic Gin

Description

The inspiration behind this addition to the Poetic License range was strawberries and cream.  The gin is beautifully sweet and creamy in texture and taste. Strong fruity nose on this one but typical notes of juniper, coriander and orris root also come through. Strawberries are used during distillation as well as being infused. This is where the deep red colour comes from. This bold red colour fades to a more blushing pink when tonic is added.
