Tarquin’s Tonquin Gin

Description

This limited edition gin comes from adding Tonka beans and clementines to the original Tarquin’s Cornish Dry gin recipe. Tonka beans, also known as Tonquin or Tonkin, are harvested in South America. These seeds are soft when harvested but over months of storage and transportation they harden and become easy to grate. For such a small seed the Tonka bean has very complex flavours including vanilla, coconut, sour cherry, clove and liqourice. The resulting flavour notes of this gin include chocolate orange, vanilla and liquorice.
